Since then, the protocol got deployed on other chains and agEUR grew as one of the biggest and most exchanged Euro stablecoins.

**Missions & Responsibilities**
Angle is a stablecoin protocol which success relies on the security of its smart contracts but also on the economic and risk management decisions taken by the DAO that empowers it.
While many protocol decisions are now informed with solid risk frameworks, the scope of the efforts undertaken in this direction must be extended and improved.
We are therefore looking for a quantitative researcher to join the team and help us boostrap a risk and data science unit for Angle Protocol and all Angle Labs products.
Precisely speaking, your main tasks will include:
- Building risk and assessment frameworks, as well as automated tools to enhance risk monitoring for Angle and agEUR
- Communicating through public reports and dashboards on the state and risks with Angle Protocol to all relevant stakeholders
- Proactively helping improve Angle Labs operational efficiency across all levels (BD, marketing, product, engineering, ...) through a quantitative and data-centered approach
- Promote a data-driven culture to facilitate Angle and agEUR adoption in the most efficient way possible
Angle Labs is a small team of 8 people. So if you are to join the team, you will not only be learning with and from us but you will also be deeply involved in the product design and in the research we are conducting.

- Collaborative in approach and happy to work with others on projects
- Driven by data and startup values: you iterate fast, love testing new ideas even the most absurd ones and then implementing them
- Intellectually curious and ready to perform a wide range of different tasks and to take ownership of different topics
- Passionate about pushing new ideas, concepts and products to a broad market adoption
- Willing to be flexible with availability to accommodate for the fast-paced nature of the cryptocurrency market

**You have:**
- Strong quantitative skills and high confidence working with numbers, and reconciling datasets from different sources
- Coding skills to be able to implement the models you're developing in production
- Commercial acumen that includes ability to proactively identify risks as well as develop tailored solutions to communicate about them and mitigate them
- Understanding of DeFi and blockchain markets, or at least a keen interest in the matter
- Past professional experience in financial risk management in TradFi and/or data science
- Solid content writing skills to be able to communicate the results of your work both internally and externally
- Experience with dashboarding solutions like Dune Analytics
- Bonus: Experience in financial reporting
- Bonus: Knowledge in French
