Stock Associate - San Jose

1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Efficiently receive, process, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time — replenishing the sales floor proactively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured stockroom
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by the corporate office
- Utilize stock management tools to track and communicate product trends and availability
2. Store Operations
- Support floor management execution during peak hours and key sales moments
- Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with corporate directives
- Maintain store cleanliness and physical presentation to create a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Adhere to all loss prevention policies to protect company assets

3. Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Cider's sales culture and brand values
- Act as a brand ambassador — stay current on new arrivals, product knowledge, and wear the latest merchandise
- Support cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
