matters. You'll own the process from finding stories and developing concepts through
shooting, editing, publishing, and reviewing performance.
You should be comfortable moving quickly, experimenting with formats, and being hands-on with every part of production.

Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of videos or social content you've created
- Excellent storytelling, shooting, and video editing skills
- Excellent understanding of YouTube and short-form social platforms
- Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable shipping content quickly
