THE ROLE

As an Integration Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for the final assembly, integration, testing, and quality assurance of Covenant's products before they are delivered to our defense customers. You will oversee day-to-day build operations and ensure each system is assembled correctly, thoroughly tested, and ready for delivery against rigorous performance, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain production schedules, and ensure the final product meets the standards expected of a mission-critical defense system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers responsible for final assembly, integration, testing, and quality assurance.
Oversee daily final integration activities to ensure products are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Coordinate final system assembly and integration of mechanical, electrical, software, and other system components.
Ensure all hardware and software components are properly configured, integrated, and functioning as intended.
Establish and maintain clear build plans, work instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate testing and inspection activities and ensure all required performance and safety tests are completed prior to shipment.
Partner with Quality to enforce inspection processes, monitor quality metrics, and drive corrective actions.
Lead troubleshooting and corrective efforts when issues arise, ensuring problems are resolved without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Work closely with Engineering to identify and resolve technical issues encountered during integration and testing.
Track production progress, identify schedule risks, and take action to keep builds on track.
Ensure all manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities are accurately documented and traceable.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce defects, and increase production efficiency.
Implement Lean manufacturing and standard work practices across the integration operation.
Ensure team members consistently follow safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Train, mentor, and develop technicians and other team members to build a high-performing production organization.
Support the development and scaling of integration processes as production volumes increase.
Ensure final products meet applicable DoD requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, integration, or test environments.
2+ years of experience leading or supervising manufacturing, production, engineering, or technical teams.
Strong technical understanding of complex electromechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
Experience with final assembly, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, or production acceptance activities.
Experience working with quality control, inspection, and testing procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and bills of materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Experience managing production schedules and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to safety, quality, and production standards.
Willingness to work onsite in Grand Prairie, Texas.
U.S. Person status required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with autonomous vehicles, unmanned systems, munitions, weapons, or other defense technologies.
Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience with DoD manufacturing, testing, inspection, or quality requirements.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience launching or scaling a new production line or manufacturing facility.
Experience developing manufacturing documentation, work instructions, inspection plans, and test procedures.
Experience with ERP, MES, or manufacturing execution systems.
Experience working with complex electromechanical or autonomous systems.
Prior experience in a high-growth startup or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
