LARRIDIN

AI Measurement and Optimization Platform

B2B Marketing Expert

Type: Full-Time Function: Marketing Reports To: SVP of Marketing

About Larridin

Larridin is the measurement layer for AI in the enterprise. As companies move AI into production, the real question isn't only which models work, it's what measurable business impact those models produce. Larridin turns AI from a black box into an evidence system: we observe adoption, evaluate proficiency, and, critically, connect AI behavior to business outcomes so leaders can trust, govern, and invest in AI with confidence.

We measure AI Impact across multiple, practical dimensions (speed, quality, absorption, and business outcome), triangulating telemetry, external system data (CRM, project tools, etc.), and human signals so that AI investment maps to real value, not just usage. This lets enterprises spot where AI is creating value, where work is piling up waiting for human review (“absorption capacity”), and where workflows must be redesigned to scale impact.

We're not just building “AI features.”

We're building AI-native teams that own outcomes. AI is the default lens for how we build, market, and scale the business. If you treat AI like a checkbox, this role isn't for you.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Folks who'd rather not roll up their sleeves. This role is hands-on and moves fast.
  • Marketers who like tightly scoped work more than owning the whole outcome
  • People who need a fully baked brief before they can get started
  • Remote-only candidates (this one's in-office, here in the Bay Area)

Who This Role Is For

You're right for this role if you:

  • Turn Larridin's unique datasets and insights into powerful content for social, sales, and the website
  • Default to AI-first thinking when solving problems
  • Have high agency: you spot gaps and own the fix end-to-end
  • Want to own major parts of marketing and the business, not just tasks
  • Have 3 to 10 years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience (judgment and output matter more than years)

What You’ll Do

  • Navigate Larridin's proprietary datasets and insights and turn them into powerful content for social, sales, the website, and campaigns
  • Write for enterprise buyers across formats: content, ad copy, landing pages, and sales enablement
  • Support sales with materials and positioning that move deals: one-pagers, battle cards, decks, and sequences
  • Navigate HubSpot like an expert across nurture, dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel reporting
  • Run integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and organic, and tie results back to pipeline and revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writer who turns complex, technical concepts into clear positioning for enterprise buyers
  • Genuinely comfortable with data and turning datasets into compelling stories
  • Hands-on with HubSpot and modern martech, plus attribution and reporting
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline, not just activity
  • High energy, high standards, and low ego
  • AI-first daily user (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity); ML or AI marketing experience a plus, but impact mindset matters most

Why Larridin

  • You'll shape how the market sees whether AI delivers value in the enterprise
  • You'll own meaningful marketing and business outcomes, not peripheral features
  • You'll work with serious, fast-moving builders in the Bay Area office
  • You'll help create the independent standard for measuring AI Impact, replacing guesswork with evidence
