About the role
Locale is looking for a Growth Lead to find and prove out new acquisition channels. You’ll scout channels, run them hands-on, and bring in the right resource once one proves it can scale. Success is measured by real, sustainable revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Scout and operate new acquisition channels, from campaign setup and copy to budget management.
- Set clear success criteria, analyze performance, and decide what is worth scaling.
- Bring in agencies, employees, or contractors to scale what works while retaining ownership of strategy and results.
- Track and communicate channel performance and ROI with a focus on revenue.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on channel management.
- A track record of testing and scaling acquisition channels from scratch.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a data-driven, revenue-focused approach.
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, or channel-specific hires is a plus.
- Based in, or willing to relocate within, the SF Bay Area or LA/OC region.
Compensation and logistics
- $120,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Full-time and remote-first, with occasional in-person office days.
- Must live within Locale’s delivery radius in the Bay Area or LA/OC.
