**In one day, an engineer might work on any one of:**
- Infrastructure/cloud engineering
- Backend blockchain script development
- Ethereum node (e.g. geth, nethermind) modifications
- Smart contract development
We want boots-on-the-ground engineers who will be designing, writing, and reviewing code (no managers)
**Our team members also:**
- Are left to autonomously figure out the solutions to their challenges
