The Role
We are looking for a hands-on full-stack engineer who loves building and shipping. You’ll work directly with our CTO and CPO, owning product surfaces that get used in real workflows every day.
This is a keyboard-down, ship-fast, iterate-in-production engineering role.
Not a management seat.
Not a backlog ticket-taker.
You should want:
Ownership of meaningful product components
Fast iteration cycles (days, not quarters)
Direct involvement in product direction
To build inside a small, sharp, execution-focused team
What You’ll Build
Internal + user-facing dashboards that power high-volume staffing workflows
Credentialing & onboarding flows for licensed clinicians
LLM-assisted conversational interaction & guidance workflows
Matching and scoring logic for role ↔ clinician fit
Workflow automation across reminders, scheduling, and follow-through
Early architecture decisions that shape system scale + reliability
You will see the impact of your work the same week you ship it.
Tech We Use (You don’t need all — curiosity > checkboxes)
Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind
Backend: Node, Python
AI / LLM: OpenAI, embeddings search, vector DBs, retrieval pipelines
Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, serverless functions
Data: PostgreSQL, Firestore, Redis patterns
Who You Are
Required
2–6 years software engineering experience (startup or small-team preferred)
Strong fundamentals in React + Node/Python
Have shipped production features end-to-end
Comfortable building without a full spec — you help define the solution
Curious, self-directed, and execution-focused
Energized by mission and ownership, not bureaucracy
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering, or semantic search
Background in staffing, marketplace platforms, or healthcare workflows
Interest in ML / internal tooling development
