We’re hiring an Operations Lead to run and scale the engine that moves candidates from screening → credentialing → submission → placement.
You will own pipeline throughput, manage the recruiting + sourcing workflow, and ensure candidates move fast and clean. This is a builder-operator role — not a process administrator.
You’ll work closely with:
CEO
Recruiters & sourcing teams
AI-driven engagement workflows
Hospital & imaging center hiring teams
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end staffing workflow
Drive speed, accuracy, and completion across the pipeline
Manage & coach recruiters + offshore sourcing support
Set performance expectations, dashboards, and accountability
Ensure the right candidates reach the right roles quickly
Coordinate submissions, interviews, and feedback loops with clients
Create SOPs and repeatable operating systems
Identify bottlenecks and partner with product to automate workflows
Who You Are
3–7+ years in healthcare staffing, clinical recruiting, marketplace ops, or multi-site healthcare operations
Builder + operator who owns outcomes and improves systems
Comfortable managing recruiters and enforcing standards
Organized, structured, strong follow-through, moves with urgency
Clear communicator with both candidates and hospital leadership
Hands-on executor who can build while doing
