The challenge
At Rappi we don’t just write code, we build the infrastructure that supports millions of daily transactions in 9 countries across LatAm. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to solve real scale problems.
Your challenges
- Lead the area and ensure delivery of results
- Build and develop high-performance teams
- Define processes and best practices for the area
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Report results to company leadership
You will be a great fit
- Experience: 8+ years in similar roles
- Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
- English: Advanced (fluent)
- Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces (desirable)
- Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments
