The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Compensation Senior Partner who transforms complex challenges into impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm.
Your challenges
- Lead the team and manage strategic projects
- Define priorities and ensure execution of initiatives
- Coordinate with other areas to solve challenges
- Develop and mentor team members
- Report progress and results to leadership
You will be a great fit
- Experience: 4+ years in similar roles
- Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
- English: Intermediate-advanced
- Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (desirable)
- Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
