Project Analyst — Data, AI and Business Impact
The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talents. We are looking for a Project Analyst who turns complex challenges into impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm.
Your challenges
- Extract, process and analyze data to support decisions
- Monitor KPIs and report project performance
- Translate data into actionable insights for business areas
- Meet with stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
- Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement solutions
- Test and apply AI tools to gain operational efficiency
You will be a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Technology or related fields
- Previous experience with data analysis and projects (1-2 years)
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Interest/knowledge in AI tools
- Intermediate English/Spanish (desirable)
- Commercial profile, ease to deal with Stakeholders

What you need to master
- Advanced SQL and large data volume manipulation
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, dashboards)
- BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
- Use of generative AI applied to productivity and analysis (prompts, automations, copilots)
- Python basics for analysis automation
- Project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)
- Dashboard construction and storytelling with data
