The challenge
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be a critical force in Rappi Turbo's Global Supply area, acting as the main person responsible for real-time visibility and proactive alert systems. The Analyst will be responsible for establishing the Control Tower framework across the seven operational countries, focusing on quickly identifying and resolving deviations in service levels, adherence to processes, and core supply chain KPIs (SWA, AVL, Underforecast, Fill Rate). A key component of this role is the design and deployment of the Autonomous Supply Chain initiative, developing agentic AI that acts as an expert assistant to automate Demand Planners, Buyers, and Supply Leads processes. Additionally, the role will lead efforts to improve supplier reliability through quality SLAs, and the development of analytical models to assess the logistical capacity needed for scaling. This role involves close collaboration with local supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to ensure operational excellence and proactive decision-making.
Your challenges
- Root Cause Analysis and Deviation Management (SWA/AVL): Lead the systematic investigation of all important deviations (such as Fill Rate issues, financial blockages, and logistical problems), coordinating with cross-functional teams (Supply, Operations, and Commercial) to drive immediate corrective actions and achieve SWA and "Must-have" availability goals.
- Autonomous Supply Chain and Agentic AI: Design and lead the development of AI agents to support and progressively automate end-to-end tasks. Automate key workflows and provide actionable recommendations to purchasing teams, significantly reducing manual analysis time.
- Supplier Reliability Initiative: Support implementation and monitoring of Quality SLAs with suppliers. Work alongside GMs to track renegotiations, ensure penalty compliance, and improve Fill Rate (FR) and "On Time" deliveries, aiming to increase the percentage of sales with B+ rated suppliers.
- Forecast Accuracy Improvement (Underforecast Reduction): Proactively analyze and correct underforecasting issues, addressing deviations from the baseline model, poor planning, pricing models, and unexplained demand spikes.
- Process Standardization and Tool Adoption: Define and enforce standardized supply chain processes and activities across all countries, solving master data and inventory issues to ensure high execution fidelity and data quality for the Control Tower.
- Develop Real-Time Intelligent Alerts: Configure and manage proactive alerts that automatically flag deviations in key metrics like Service Level (SWA), future availability risks, FR Picking, and Lead Time before they become significant problems.
You will be a great fit
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in operations planning, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
Tech profile
What you need to master
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Analytical and systemic thinking and ability to simplify complex problems for decision-makers.
