Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
Strong knowledge of AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, etc.).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system design.
Proven experience managing PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and metrics-driven observability.
Proficiency with Golang for tooling, automation, or backend services.
Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and systems thinking skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset suitable for a fast-moving startup.
Bonus Points
Experience with Couchbase or other distributed NoSQL databases.
Experience with NATS or similar event streaming/message bus technologies.
Familiarity with infrastructure cost optimization and autoscaling patterns.
Interest or background in gaming infrastructure, multiplayer systems, or real-time backends.
