About Sprig

Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. We believe the future of experience research won’t be powered by slow, siloed platforms. It will be fast, intelligent, and deeply integrated into how modern teams build great products.

Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on. With Sprig, product teams no longer guess. They know. We are creating a future where AI uncovers insights, accelerates workflows, and enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in real-time.

Companies like Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor already use Sprig to stay closer to their customers than ever before. We’re scaling quickly toward $100M ARR, launching new AI-powered capabilities, and expanding our impact across the world’s most innovative companies.

If you're energized by bold ideas, rapid growth, and the opportunity to redefine an entire category, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead Sprig's integrated marketing programs and help accelerate our next stage of growth. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that generate enterprise pipeline, strengthen our market presence, and drive measurable business results.

You'll lead a small team across events, content, and campaigns, bringing together creative ideas, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution to build marketing programs that deliver results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance setting direction, developing your team, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to engage enterprise buyers, support revenue growth, and establish Sprig as the AI-native alternative to legacy research platforms.

As Sprig scales toward its next stage of growth and a future Series C, you'll have meaningful ownership, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to help shape and scale our marketing engine.

This role is ideal for a builder and player-coach who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes accountability for results, and is excited to make a significant impact at a growing B2B SaaS company.

This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week at our downtown San Francisco HQ, conveniently located near Montgomery BART.

Your Impact

  • Drive enterprise pipeline. Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline, engage target accounts, and support revenue growth.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns. Develop and execute coordinated programs across field events, executive dinners, content, digital campaigns, and other channels to reach and convert enterprise buyers.

  • Own our events strategy and execution. Lead high-impact customer and prospect experiences, including executive events, industry conferences, and Sprig's flagship Experience Research Summit, ensuring programs deliver measurable business value.

  • Lead and develop the marketing team. Manage, coach, and develop a small team across events, content, and campaigns, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and a high bar for execution.

  • Partner closely with Sales. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to align marketing investments with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and opportunities to accelerate deals.

  • Strengthen Sprig's market presence. Partner with Product and leadership to translate our product innovation and differentiation into compelling campaigns, customer stories, and thought leadership.

  • Measure and optimize performance. Establish clear program goals, track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and use data to continuously improve results.

  • Own marketing program budgets and resources. Prioritize investments, manage external partners and vendors, and allocate resources toward initiatives with the greatest potential business impact.

  • Scale how marketing operates. Build repeatable processes, improve cross-functional coordination, and leverage AI and automation to increase the team's efficiency, creativity, and impact.

Your Strengths

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including meaningful ownership of demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, or field marketing programs targeting enterprise customers.

  • Proven track record of generating pipeline. You've developed and executed marketing programs that contributed to measurable pipeline creation, opportunity progression, or revenue growth, and can clearly articulate your impact.

  • Experience leading people and programs. You've managed or directly led marketing team members, set priorities, provided coaching, and maintained a high standard for execution.

  • Strong integrated marketing expertise. You understand how events, content, digital campaigns, and account-based marketing work together to engage buyers and create pipeline.

  • Hands-on execution mindset. You're equally comfortable developing a marketing plan, building a campaign, managing an event, reviewing content, and analyzing performance.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator. You build productive relationships with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders, communicate clearly, and drive alignment across teams.

  • Excellent prioritization and ownership. You can manage multiple initiatives, make thoughtful trade-offs, navigate ambiguity, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

  • AI-forward and resourceful. You actively experiment with AI tools and new approaches to improve marketing execution, accelerate workflows, and increase impact.
