Careers at Unconventional AI

Unconventional is a research lab developing next-generation AI chips. The company will pursue 5-7 concurrent projects, each targeting 1000x improvement in performance and/or energy efficiency over current GPUs. The founders believe this is possible by changing the core “compute model” of AI accelerators, and advancing alternate computing models like oscillator-based computing, resistive computing, neuromorphic computing, etc. (December 2025)
